In Episode 15 during the Lucky Channel segment, when Shiraishi Minoru is signalling to the producer, his lines "Look! The East is burning red!" is a reference to G Gundam. The otaku then asks her to say "Hiroyuki-chan" referring to Hiroyuki Fujita, the lead male character in "To Heart".

In Episode 16, when Kagami couldn't make up her mind on what to order, Konata/Haruhi says "There's a penalty if you take too long". This may be a reference to "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" where SOS Brigade members are penalized for being late.

During the Lucky channel at the end of each episode, the assistant who co-hosts is named Minoru Shiraishi, and the actual voice actor is named Minoru Shiraishi. If his voice sounds familiar, that's because he also plays as Taniguchi in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
In episode 18, when Konata and Kuroi-sensei were talking about Konata's studies and anime, the scene shifts into the battle animation of a Super Robot Wars game, specifically that of SRW W's style. Episode 19 - Tamura explains to Kobayakawa that she used an anime's character name "Suzaku" (which Suzaku from many references in animes is not clear) so whe she looks at the screen of a neighbor bowling lane the written names are: Haruhi, Kyon, (Nagato) Yuki, Mikuru and (Koizumi) Itsuki - all characters from "Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu" and then she thinks that there are many people like her - "doko ni mo irun'desu ne Nakama-tte yatsu"
In Episode 19, when Hiyori falls to the ground, she suddenly takes on "Araki-esque" features and the katakana for "GO" and "DO" appear in repetition. Both of these are staples of the artwork seen in the manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
