What is Lucky Star? Lucky Star is an anime based on Kagami Yoshimizu's manga by the same name. The anime adaption was made by the studio Kyoto Animation, of Kanon 2006 and Haruhi Suzumiya fame! It's a slice of life comedy series that revolves mainly around the lives of the four high schoolers Konata, Kagami, Tsukasa and Miyuki.
